WHAT TO EXPECT THROUGHOUT THIS 2009-2010 Rugby SEASON!!!!

It is the beginning of alot of new and exciting things at UVU Rugby. The blog will be updated weekly with several different features and activities that will help every UVU Rugby fan get the information and relationship with the team to match the passion and burning desire within each Wolverine fan (links will also be made available on the UVU Official Rugby Page to the page).

The recently created UVU Rugby page will be a great tool to keep all UVU Ruggers, fans, family and friends updated weekly team news, activites, games and their locations. There will also be the opportunity to discuss several aspects, ideas, and approaches to the game on the discussions section on the page. All fans are invited to participate as this will help the fans play a real part in informing coaches, staff, and players concerning the thoughts and feelings of their fans.

The team has also created a youtube channel where all highlights and team footage will be open to the fans to add to add to their blogs, save on computers, send to friends etc.

The team blog will play a major role in the giving the UVU Rugby fan the inside scope on the team. These are a few things to expect:

1) Weekly highlight of players on the team so you can know more about the real men behind the Green Jerseys.
2) Interviews throughout the season with players and coach to update fans on the team's status.
3) Poll's on fan's thoughts on issues concerning the team.

UVU Rugby has made some new media contacts as well. We have come into contact with and are discussing with The UVU Media Club different ideas and possibilities on creating fun yet engaging media for the team. We are also discussing with the UVU Review ideas to create more exposure for the team on campus. (Once these ideas have been finalised the details will be revealed through the team blog). We hope these news developments help our fans and the team build steam for this coming season as we strive to have a championship team and experience at UVU.
